National Apprenticeship Week 2023
Plymouth Industries, Inc. has had great success partnering with Lakeshore Technical College’s Youth Apprenticeship program. Company President, John J. Knowles shares: “Currently, we employ two outstanding welder apprentices that contribute to daily production as well as challenge our veteran staff through training and coaching interactions. Due to Sheboygan County’s skilled labor shortage and competitive labor market, investing in young talented tradesmen has been key to workforce growth.”

Ground Breaking – 2020 Expansion
Plymouth Industries, Inc. is proud to announce another expansion as construction on the latest 13,000 square foot addition begins. The building project began on Friday, October 23, 2020 and is projected to be compete in January 2021.
Robotics take Center Stage in 2020
With the recent purchase of a Miller PerformArc™ Robotic Welding Cell, Plymouth Industries, Inc. continues to create a metal manufacturing process that pushes the boundaries of quality and efficiency. Vice President Michael Knowles shares, “As our custom metal shipping rack, cart, and material handling equipment business grows, so does our need for automation.”
Production Building Addition Construction Completed
Fueled by strong growth in the custom metal fabrication market, Plymouth Industries, Inc. completed construction on its 15,000 square foot addition in June of 2018. The additional square footage has allowed for significant restructuring of the production floor creating greater workflows and efficiency in all areas.
Plymouth Industries Breaks Ground On Warehouse Addition
Plymouth Industries broke ground on a 14,475 sq. ft. warehouse addition on Monday, March 26th at 1919 County Highway C in Plymouth. Plymouth Industries Inc. has successfully served numerous industries including: recreational equipment, engine manufacturers, packaging, ceiling panels, paper converting, food processing, dairy, and wood panels and doors as well as a large diversified industrial base. Our broad experience and capabilities have served our customers well.
