Custom Fabrication Designed for Industrial Reliability
Each Pump Cart was built to meet exact specifications and performance requirements.
Pump Cart 01 measured approximately 36” L x 18” W x 39.62” H, constructed from 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish for a clean, corrosion-resistant surface. Every weld was continuous, ground, and polished to eliminate contaminants and ensure smooth operation in cleanroom or mechanical spaces.
Pump Cart 02, a lower-profile design at 23” L x 18” W x 4.39” H, featured a compact frame for smaller assemblies or confined work areas. Like its counterpart, it included fully welded seams, precision finishing, and burr-free edges for operator safety.
Both carts were fitted with electrically conductive casters, consisting of two rigid and two swivel casters, along with brakes to ensure easy maneuverability while reducing the risk of static discharge. Stainless steel caster forks and food-grade silicone sealant were used to seal open areas, further enhancing hygiene and longevity.
